Working method

A disciplined route from intake to reporting.

The method is designed to protect accuracy and make responsibilities visible across teams and jurisdictions.

01 Authority

Confirm the claimant owns the work or has documented authorization to act.

02 Comparison

Preserve the original, disputed use, relevant URLs, dates and the material elements at issue.

03 Exceptions review

Consider licence, permission, fair use or fair dealing, public domain and other relevant limitations.

04 Correct route

Select the provider, platform, host, registrar, licensing discussion or legal referral that fits the issue.

05 Record and follow-up

Track submissions, responses, counter-notices, corrections and required escalation.

Quality and decision record

We retain the source list, approved scope, material assumptions, approved wording, outbound actions and a dated record of decisions appropriate to the engagement. Reporting focuses on verified progress and open issues, not unsupported claims about influence, rankings, removal or legal outcomes.

Escalation

Contested rights, threatened litigation, regulatory questions and requests for legal representation are assessed for referral to appropriately qualified professionals. The client is told when operational support reaches that boundary.
